William Voorwinden founded INDEN Solutions Group Inc. in January 2020 out of his home in Fairfield, CA amid the pandemic. He manages the company as an S-CORP in the State of California, registered with the Secretary of State. He previously held a TS/SCI clearance with the Federal Government with diplomatic status, William has over 30 years of work experience in the Federal Government and U.S Military sectors, William previously served as subject matter expert in the field of Facilities Operations & Management for the Social Security Administration, San Francisco Bay Area, William managed an annual operating budget of over $16 million dollars. He has completed congressional inquiries. Specialized in procurement practices for Federal contract negotiations. Veteran of the United States Air Force, served during Operation Desert Storm and received the National Defense Medal. Graduated from Century University, School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mark Mathews currently serves as Vice President and Chief Research Officer at the National Retail Federation. Prior to NRF, Mathews led the Market Intelligence Group (MIG) at the World Gold Council as a member of the organization’s leadership team, where he established the Council as the standard bearer for research and analysis in the gold industry. Prior to joining the Council, Mathews ran the research team as a Principal at Palamon Capital Partners, a London-based private equity firm that manages $1.4 billion in equity capital. Earlier in his career Mathews worked at the NASDAQ Stock Market where he was managing director, research and head of strategic planning for NASDAQ’s international operations. Mark graduated from Georgetown University with double majors in Finance and International Management. 

Karen Voorwinden serves as a Chief Operations Officer with INDEN Solutions Group, she is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Corporation. Karen  handles the company's internal affairs and building the company's operational strategy and implementing it, this includes Government Relations, Public Relations, Workforce Development and overseeing Human Resources and Staffing functions. Karen has over 35 years of Federal Government experience. During Karen's tenure, she served in the roles of Purchasing Agent and Contracting Officer for nearly 20 years for both the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.  Karen also served over 15 years in the Federal Employee Relations Field with the Department of Agriculture. She holds a degree in Business Administration.
